Zentimo is a piece of software whose purpose is to help you administer your external devices by allowing you to view and access them once they are connected to your computer.
Once Zentimo is installed on your PC, you will be able to easily access it from the taskbar. It will automatically detect and display the list of devices that you connect to your computer, allowing you to take various actions concerning them. You will be able to add and launch portable applications stored on the detected drives by clicking on "Add a program" inlay. The tool will then display a launch icon for the respective application which you will be able to double-click in order to open it.

The tool will also display the devices which are hidden from the safe removal menu and will make it possible for you to remove them even if they are hidden.

You will observe that a small "Menu" inlay will be provided for every detected device and it will contain seven sections that are accessible depending on the nature of the respective device. Thus, you will be able to perform various tasks, such as stop the device from running to safely remove it, visualize the content of the device or hide/show it in the tray menu. The "TrueCrypt Management" section will be accessed whenever you need to edit the properties of the USB device, while the Zentimo Speed Test section will allow you to run a read/write speed test on the device. The last section, "Device Properties", will display various pieces of information concerning your device.

All in all, Zentimo is a useful piece of software that anyone can use for the efficient management of external devices such as USB mass storage devices or eSATA drives. The interface is user-friendly while the menu is simple and neat, making it a reliable tool for the users.
